Premiere @ TUFA Trier

Sijstermans's latest work Cashapona finally gets the chance to be performed, although not in her site-specific installation Kaíi-ií that it was composed for. After the premiere being canceled twice due to corona cases among the musicians, the premiere will now take place at TUFA Trier (DE).
Performers: Martin Sons (cello), Theo van der Poel (accordion), Germaine Sijstermans (bass clarinet).

Seamus Cater @ Next Generation Festival

Sijstermans will be one of the players in Seamus Cater's Tree Space: the trees they do grow high (2019). The piece will be performed in the Next Generation Festival in The Hague in the Amare building.

The Names @ OCCII

The Names is new Amsterdam/Berlin collective of creative musicians playing open, melodic, pieces in a Cage/Oliveros informed spectrum of improvised strategies and open-ended compositions.
This concert at OCCII Amsterdam will be played by: Seamus Cater (harmonica), Jeroen Kimman (electric guitar), Aimée Theriot-Ramos (cello, voice), Sara Campos (voice), Koen Nutters (double bass), Germaine Sijstermans (clarinet).

Parmelia @ Clemensdomein (NL)

Sijstermans's Parmelia for three clarinets will be performed during this matinee concert celebrating the 70th birthdays of composers Arno Dieteren and John Slangen. Germaine performs Parmelia together with Paulien Dieteren and Beppie Paquay.
